• We strive to have your package on its way within 72 hours of payment approval (only for non-customized orders). Occasionally, courier services may take 1-3 business days to process.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed for shipment on the following business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our Distribution Center.
  • You will receive an email and SMS with a tracking number from FedEx, DHL, or UPS, so, you can track the shipment to your doorstep.
  • We offer expedited shipping for those who need products sooner. Just give us a phone call or send an email for a quote.
  • Your country may impose separate taxes, duties, or VAT on your purchase. Unfortunately, we are not able to control or absorb these fees.
  • We will provide an anticipated ship date for your order at the time of purchase. If you ordered via: FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS Priority Mail – we will email you with tracking numbers.
  • If you have a change of address, just email or text us with your order number as early as possible, and we will ensure your order is delivered to the correct destination. Splitting your shipment is Ok, though additional charges may apply.

DOMESTIC

  • Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $150 within the U.S.
  • Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on item size, weight, shipping method and destination country.
  • We provide shipping options via UPS, FedEx, DHL or USPS. These options and costs will be available after the checkout.

INTERNATIONAL

  • We are pleased to offer UPS, FedEx and DHL to most international countries.
  • Shipping charges are determined by the size, weight, shipping method of the item(s) shipped & the destination country. The available countries are listed in the shopping cart and may occasionally change without notice.
ADDITIONAL COSTS: International orders may be subject to fees/costs that are not included in your order transaction totals. Such fees may include: Duties, Customs or Value Added Taxes. These charges MUST be paid upon receipt of your package and Wingman Tactical does not cover these fees/costs. Be sure to verify the additional cost you may incur with the destination country’s customs authorities before purchasing from Wingman Tactical. Additionally, Wingman Tactical does not have control over the duration for which local customs will hold the package.
